People speak on autopilot, often without questioning the source of what they know. We learn to direct your focus and consciously change the unconscious speaking patterns that you're stuck with for whatever reason. You can eliminate old mistakes from your speech within weeks of guided practice.

Native speakers don't listen to every word you say. They listen to the rhythm, melody, and vibe. They SEE what you say. You will practice painting pictures with your words, articulating your ideas with clarity, and reading between the lines. You will learn to speak in the rhythm of English so people can hear what you mean.

We will practice explaining complex ideas in simple words through stories and examples that everyone understands.

Empathy is not only about understanding what you or other people feel. It's about communicating what you understand. Many people say the opposite of what they understand to keep their armor on. Instead of showing understanding, they discourage their team members from speaking up. Instead of receiving the help they want, they shy away from it. You will learn to create genuine connections with others in English.
